Job Description

:

• Overall responsible for the group monthly closing process, group consolidation, financial reporting and annual audit

• Drive timely preparation of half year and full year SGX result announcements

• Manage preparation of meeting materials for board and audit committee meetings

• Oversee and coordinate the preparation of Group\xe2\x80\x99s Annual Report and Sustainable Report

• Provide guidance to local and overseas subsidiaries on accounting and financial reporting matters

• Review and ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports of holding and subsidiary companies in the group

• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, and SGX listing requirement, Group policies, and internal controls

• Oversee and responsible in the budget and forecast process for the Group

• Liaise with external/internal auditors and external service providers

• Support in preparation, review and monitoring of group cashflow forecasts

• Support in finance system implementation project and undertake administrator role

• Support any other ad-hoc projects or duties that may be assigned

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy

• At least 8 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Experience in Real Estate and/or SGX reporting would be highly advantageous

• Familiar and hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Controller software is an added advantage

• Prior experience in preparing monthly group consolidated financial reports as well as audit experience is preferred

• Good knowledge of Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Committed, proactive and hands-on team player and with an eye for details

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage different stakeholders

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure, both independently and in a team, to meet tight deadlines
