Job Description

• Position: Finance Officer
• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,600 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Education

Main Responsibilities:

• Process all student receipts and refunds.
• Update the receipt batch and prepare the necessary paperwork for banking and filing purposes.
• Management of bursaries and scholarships and other student awards in student\'s financial transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliation of all bank accounts.
• Raise and prepare general ledger.
• Any other ad-hoc duties required.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Accounting.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Officer (Excel, Word, etc).
