Job Description
- Position: Finance Officer
- Location: Sin Ming
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5.30pm/8.30am-6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + GOOD Variable Bonus (2-5 Months BONUS)
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Transport (MNC Company)
- To prepare accurate and concise general ledger reconciliation for 3 entities.
- Prepare and submit timely monthly schedules to internal and external parties.
- Assist the billing department.
- Prepare the necessary accounts receivable journals and timely submission to GL team.
- Any other tasks assigned.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
- Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience required (preferably in General Ledger or Accounts Receivable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
