Job Description
Finance Officer (Finance Operations)
Key responsibilities may include:
- Compute Trading Representatives’ incentive
- Process vendor invoices and staff claims
- Billings and monitoring of funds, posting of accounting entries for income, expenses and payroll.
- Treasury operation functions including projecting and monitoring funding requirement, monitoring of client money segregation
- Prepare various month-end schedule, reporting packs, analysis and reconciliation
- Participate in project work including system implementation and process improvement / transformation
- Other ad-hoc duties and task assigned
- Bachelor degree in accountancy or related field
- 2-3 years’ of relevant experience preferred
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good team player with ability to work independently at the same time
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in Securities or Stockbroking industry is preferred
