Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead finance transformation initiatives, driving process redesign, system automation, and operational efficiency improvements. Oversee financial system enhancements, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely month-end results. Partner across functions to implement new products and technologies, embedding sustainable controls and governance.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, with strong technical and analytical acumen. Proven leadership in managing finance process or system transformation projects, ideally within financial services. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new initiatives.
