Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Specialist Services team in ensuring timely and accurate payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, and honorarium processing across institutions and departments.
• Performing e-payments
• Meet assigned service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
• Execute processing in compliance with policies and relevant legal requirements.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, including internal Shared Services teams, department admins, and business partners from various institutions.
• Suggest improvements to work processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience/knowledge in finance/payroll.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Detail-oriented, independent, proactive, with problem-solving skills.
• Team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• IT-savvy, comfortable with large data in Excel.
• Organized and meticulous.
