:Jurong Port\'s multipurpose port operating expertise includes efficient handling of general, bulk and containerized cargo, management and operations of the Tuas Offshore Marine Centre, and Lighter Terminals in Penjuru and Marina South. Besides Singapore, Jurong Port is involved in overseas joint ventures in China and Indonesia. In 2016, Jurong Port\'s local and overseas terminals handled close to 35 million tons of general and bulk cargo, and 560,000 TEUs of container cargo.The Job

• Streamlining and standardising finance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Partnering with process owners in the implementation of new financial systems or upgrades to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities
• Contributing to the development and execution of the finance function\'s strategic roadmap and process excellence agenda
• Resolve queries raised by process owners and be relied upon as the main point of contact for resolving Finance process improvement related matters
• Partnering with process owners to identify opportunities for automation, streamlining and enhancing efficiency
• Maintain documented processes and best practices
• Implement best practices and leverage on technology solutions to optimise finance functions

The Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Banking, Accountancy or relevant fields
• Proven track records in delivering business and/or finance process improvement projects and programs, Finance Process Excellence projects and/or Financial Operating Model would be an advantage. Knowledge of Visio, power BI and RPA as well as finance functions.
• Strong interpersonal skill and an eye for details of the process workflow
• Ability to align finance process excellence initiatives with organizational goals and long term objectives
• Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and drive change across the finance function
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to identify opportunities for improvement
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to engage and influence key stakeholders
• Experience in managing change and driving adoption of new processes and systems
