The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with our client, one of the leading global provider of marine transporation and anchor handling vessels.
• My client is currently going thru a post-merger transition involving the implementation of new system and process and is hiring a Project Integration Executive. You will be participating in this Business Transformation Project in ensuring that regional objectives are met.
• 6-8 months contract (Potential for extension and conversion)
• Salary: Up to $10k
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• 3-4 years of experence in audit background and commercial experience.
• Experience in systems implementation or project management.
• Positive mind set, independent and willing to learn.
• With good organization, people and coordination skills.
• Can-do attitude and ability to roll up the sleeve.

• Assist the Integration Manager in project management in post-merger and business system implementations.
• Validation /verification of data transfer and migration.
• Oversee sub projects including system roll out.
• Involve in coordination with our internal IT, legal, external vendrs and internal business owners.
• Coordinate training to be conducted.
• Meeting minutes taking and follow up on action points.
• Regularly update and report project status.
• Stakeholders management and monitor project timeline.
