Responsibilities

Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Oversee tax, treasury, and capital management. Provide financial advice on business cases, investments, and commercial negotiations. Implement and optimise new financial/reporting systems (e.g. SAP) to improve efficiency and decision-making. Mentor and develop finance teams to build strong capabilities. Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with strategy.
Requirements

Degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA qualification preferred. 8-12+ years (Senior Manager) / 12-15+ years (VP) of finance leadership experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, FP&A, tax, treasury, and controls. Proven track record in ERP/finance systems implementation (SAP preferred). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. * Experience in aviation, engineering, or complex technical industries is an advantage.
