Job Description
What the Role Involves * Daily COD Payment Request by OFF to Co-Loader to clear cargoes on behalf of Yusen Logistics Singapore
- Keep track of receiving OFF Credit Term Suppliers\' invoice through email or by post
- Prepare cheque/GIRO payments to Suppliers on monthly basis
- To reconcile Account Payable Aging against Supplier\'s SOA on monthly basis
- Check and post Suppliers\' invoices into YUNAS upon returning from OFF
- Follow up with chaser emails for return of suppliers\' invoices after the given deadline
- Check the reason for unposted invoices parked in AIOCR reporting after deadline of submission by OFF
- Manually check and post Contract Logistical Suppliers\' invoices which was excluded from AP automation
- Minimum \'O\' Level
- Competent in MS office especially Microsoft Excel
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Good spoken and written communications
