: We are seeking a Finance Senior/Associate for our portfolio company to join our growing team. You will work closely with our finance and accounting teams to manage and maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and analyse financial data to support decision-making. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and analyse financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. \xc2\xb7 Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including tracking expenses and revenue, and identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth. \xc2\xb7 Support the finance and accounting teams with day-to-day operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information and reporting. \xc2\xb7 Assist in corporate secretarial and taxation matters. \xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc matters when deemed necessary and appropriate. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. \xc2\xb7 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferred.
