Job Summary
Liberty is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, combined with project management skills to oversee financial related projects from inception to completion. This role involves tracking and working with various stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables align with company financial goals.
Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage finance-related projects ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements
• Monitoring project progress, risk and issues within the project area; Assess the appropriate response including the prioritization, action plans and follow up measures as needed to ensure that project advances accordingly to plan
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, finance, IT, and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies throughout project execution.
• Develop test plans and related documentation, execute UAT, oversee migration and production support handover.
• Step into other finance related roles and responsibilities if necessary to fulfill project requirements, ensuring continuity and successful project delivery.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Bachelor's Accountancy or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Finance operations or analysis and familiar with project/contract financial management (eg. Project Budget tracking, understand concept of % completion)
• Good working knowledge of SAP software/dashboard/analytical tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Pivot Table analysis, Excel Macro, Word, Powerpoint)
• Organized, detailed, proactive, and self-motivated
• Independent and strong team player with ability to build rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate well (both written and verbal)
