- Bachelor\'s degree or recognised professional certification in accounting or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting work
- Proficient in MS Excel skills; advanced skill including Vlookups and macros is advantageous.

Working hours: Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs WIO, Fri WFH (8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm)
Salary: up to $4500
Job scope
- Process all financial transactions, including reconciling bank statements and preparing schedules for statutory financial audits.
- Manage and prepare financial reports for the organisation.
- Process all accounting transactions - billing and AR, vendor invoices and AP, fixed assets and depreciation, inter-company transactions, general ledger journals.
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting.
- Support preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Support annual statutory audits and special audits.
- Ensure that financial policies and procedures are complied with; especially those relating to purchasing policy.
- Take on other projects as assigned by Management
