THE COMPANY
Our Client is a Global US MNC in the Pharmaceutical industry (P&L size of $1.5 billion) with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are now looking for a Finance Specialist to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Finance Manager.
THE ROLE
The Finance Specialist will be responsible for:
- Ensuring timely & Accurate Month end closing
- Monitoring of CIP and Aged CIP
- Quarterly reporting & Statutory Reporting
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Collaborate with FP&A team to ensure reporting integrity
- Preparation of quarterly GST submission
- Liaise with external auditors
- Supporting Finance Manager with controls and processes to ensure reporting integrity
- Responsible for all AP & Fixed Assets activities
- Maintaining of Fixed Assets register (Disposal/Depreciation)
- Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
- Has at least 2 - 3 years of work experience preferably started their career in an audit environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Clear and rapid career progression
- Good working environment
