Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Systems Lead to oversee and optimise the organisation's Oracle NetSuite ERP platform, driving end-to-end efficiency and integration across finance operations. This role partners closely with the Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure NetSuite and related finance systems fully support business needs and scale with the organisation's growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration, optimisation, and enhancement of Oracle NetSuite across all ERP workflow modules (Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, etc.).
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology, ensuring system design aligns with accounting and reporting requirements.
• Drive process automation, workflow optimisation, and system integrations with other enterprise platforms (CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouse, etc.).
• Oversee financial system upgrades, configurations, and module rollouts in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Work with Finance stakeholders to improve financial controls, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities through effective system use.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring compliance, scalability, and best practices.
• Manage user access, data integrity, and system documentation, while providing training and guidance to Finance users.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Systems Lead, ERP Manager, or NetSuite Specialist.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle NetSuite, covering end-to-end ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, etc.).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Skilled in workflow configuration, system integration, and automation across enterprise tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate between Finance and Technology teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced or growth environment preferred.
