Job Description
An A1 construction and property development firm in Singapore, our client is currently hiring a Finance Team Lead to give recommendation to lead the team and improve the current finance processes,improving existing processes, and manage the overall finance team.
The Talent:
- Degree in Accountancy, CA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- At least 5 years of accounting experience in the real estate/construction/property management industry
- Supervisory experience is a must
- Good communication skills to speak to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Able to work independantly and motivate the team
- Posesses igitalization mindset, good to have experience in streamlining of processes/RPA
- Involve the the finance transformation and process improvement
- Working together with the stakeholders to identify potential opportunties and give recommendations
- Oversee the full finance operation including the full sets of accounts and monitor project cost
- Overall in charge of the month and year end closing and audit
- Manange tight deadlines and organise financial data
