Job Description

Position Summary:

Deliver comprehensive finance education to diploma-level students, teaching fundamental financial principles, investment concepts, and practical financial management skills for business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach diploma-level finance courses, including corporate finance and investment principles Develop curriculum and lesson plans aligned with diploma program requirements Conduct lectures, practical workshops, and financial modeling sessions Create assessments, case studies, and examination materials Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students Monitor student progress and deliver constructive feedback Integrate current market trends and real-world financial scenarios Maintain accurate student records and academic documentation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 2-3 years teaching experience at diploma or tertiary level Strong knowledge of financial principles and markets Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for student comprehension
