Job Description

My client is a leading company and this mid-level finance role supports a multi-entity ERP implementation project, focused on the finance workstream. You will help prepare financial processes, validate data, document procedures, and ensure the successful deployment of a new finance system across multiple countries. The role is project-based and involves collaboration with internal finance teams, IT, and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with finance configuration and system setup for ERP deployment
Validate and cleanse financial data across entities to ensure migration readiness.
Document and standardize financial processes, workflows, and reporting procedures.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Prepare training materials and assist with go-live and post-implementation support.
Track project milestones and deliverables for the finance workstream.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional accounting qualification preferred but not essential.
4-6 years of finance experience with exposure to financial systems; at least one ERP implementation project.
Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of multi-entity reporting and controls.
Advanced Excel and process documentation skills; familiarity with ERP/NetSuite systems advantageous.
Experience in logistics, maritime or supply chain industries is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
