Then you could be the FINANCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER we are looking for!

WHAT YOU WILL DO The Financial Account Manager (FAM) is part of the local team and will work closely with our account managers to continuously exceed our clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations. In this position, you will manage and oversee a wide range of administrative and financial responsibilities of our growing portfolio to contribute to the further growth of our office. Main responsibilities are:

• Set-up and maintain financial administrations, databases and other reporting systems;

• Prepare periodic financial reports, budgets and cash flow statements;

• Cash management including management of bank accounts and payment instructions;

• Prepare statutory financial reports (stand alone and consolidated) as well as client-specific reports;

• Prepare and file GST and other tax returns;

• Prepare the payroll of companies;

• Maintain an organized planning of work to ensure timely and accurate filing of administrative records;

• Maintain close contact with auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, notaries and other external parties in order to

• obtain the required information for reporting purposes;

• Prepare and analyze the monthly, quarterly and annual figures as well as budget and cash-flow

forecasts.

HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM? As Financial Account Manager you are organized and your are required to take initiative to support the Fund and Corporate Services team in delivering added value to the accounting and taxation discipline within Trustmoore. In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. You are proactive, know what you are capable of and possess good communication skills both internally and toward the clients. Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

• Bachelor or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Accounting or an equivalent;

• A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience;

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (SFRS+IFRS);

• Entrepreneurial business focus, problem-solving attitude;

• Fluent in English (both orally and in writing);

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a part of a team;

• The ability to independently prepare financial statements;

• The ability to pick-up other tasks than pure financial tasks when needed.
