Job Description
Pick Network is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) to deploy parcel locker in public spaces and operate nationwide parcel locker network. The network will deliver convenience and choice to consumers and businesses and aid in the transformation of Singapore's urban logistics ecosystem.
We are hiring for the following position:
Financial Accountant
Responsibilities
Manage the full set of accounts, including Fixed Assets and General Ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports and supporting schedules. Ensure compliance with financial policy, tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting standards. Liaise with external auditor and internal auditor. Provide supervision and guidance to the current Finance Executive (AP/AR/GST). Preparation of monthly Financial Management Reports. Secretarial duties for semi-annual Audit Risk Committee. Budget preparation and management review. Assist in development and implementation of internal controls around accounting, finance and reporting processes and systems. Support ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Office. * Experience in government grant accounting and familiar with Xero accounting software will be advantageous.
