Monthly closing of 1 Singapore entity
Preparation of reporting packs for consolidation for 3 entities
Review and ensure accuracy of monthly accounts for 2 entities, in Malaysia and Thailand
Prepare quarterly forecast
Prepare quarterly flash report to parent company
Verify supplier payments and bank facilities application for 1 entity in Thailand
Prepare quarter GST and submission and Withholding tax if any
Annual budget preparation
Main contact person to liaise with finance of an associate company in China
Assist in preparation of management reports when required
Review and monitor trade receivables to ensure prompt collection
Arrange for payment for 1 entity in Hong Kong
Perform stock count
Maintain and ensure stock record accuracy in the system and physically
Assist in ad hoc assignment as and when required

Rquirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related Finance field degree or ACCA or equivalent
At least 2-3 years accounting experience
Candidates with shorter notice period preferred
Technically proficient with MS Office (strong Excel skills)
Proactive and problem solver
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
