J ob Description

• Understand clients’ insurance protection, financial needs and recommend tailor-made solutions, enabling clients to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
• Offer proactive and personalised financial services to the clients
• Establish and maintain a professional long-term relationship with clients through periodic follow-up and reviews
• Apply regulatory and ethical considerations to the practice of financial planning and marketing financial products
• Employ data analytics and other computer-based business intelligence strategies for marketing and investment purposes
• Conceptualise structures of investment schemes
  

Requirements

• A communicator – able to communicate and express well to deliver the best experience for the customer
• Motivated and resilient! You thrive in a fast–paced and disciplined environment
• Empathetic and Energetic! You take the time to listen and truly understand your client’s needs, nurturing and building strong relationships with customers. You take ownership and deliver on your promises
• Team Player ! you are able to work both independently and also as a team and motivate those around you to deliver the best experience for the customer
• Basic computing skills like Microsoft word, Excel etc.
• Prior sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
