Work you\'ll do

Deloitte\'s Debt Advisory and Restructuring Services team advises corporate clients on capital structures, particularly on debt from banks, financial institutions and capital markets. We focus on large debt transactions from US$100 million to over US$1 billion. Our deals range from new debt raising for growth companies to consensual debt restructuring for companies with liquidity challenges. We lead these transactions as the main financial advisor to our clients - conducting financial analyses of companies, developing the right capital structures and negotiating alongside clients with debt providers.

You will learn about debt markets and support the team with credit analysis of industry sectors and regional corporations.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates from Banking & Finance or Accountancy & Finance, who have completed their Year 1 accounting modules and a corporate finance or international finance module. You should be personable, inquisitive and eager to develop.
