Job Description

Job Scope:

• Support Finance Manager in all Operations and Analysis
• Support development and preparation of solid financial business plans (and underlying analysis) for the Region.
• Support the Finance Manager in monthly commercial management reviews and quarterly reviews through data preparation and analysis.
• Support completion of key projects including SAP implementation.
• Provide analytical support to country management and commercial teams in deal making and profitability improvements.
• Work collaboratively with other functions such as Commercial Excellence, Strategic Pricing, Marketing, Service and Operations.
• Work with shared service finance and third-party outsourced teams to review and deliver reporting requirements.
• Monitor & control capital expenditures and SG&A ensuring expenses will be incurred within the approved Plan/LBE level.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional accounting qualification
• 0-3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial management, analysis, reporting and control
• Effective communicator who can effectively express self and ideas
• Competency within Microsoft applications: Excel, Power Point. Power BI knowledge is good to have
• Good communication skills
• Analytical skill, attention to details
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Fast learner with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and deal with ambiguity

Additional Information:

• Salary - S$4K per month
• Contract duration: 6-month contract, Renewable and Convertible
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
