The CompanyOur client, a company in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team for a 9-months assignment.The RoleThe role involves various responsibilities including Financial Planning and Analysis, where the individual guides countries through forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, provides financial insights for decision-making, conducts variance analysis, collaborates with cross-functional teams on financial goals, and acts as the budget owner for countries. Additionally, the role encompasses Financial Reporting Review, ensuring data accuracy for specified entities, reviewing monthly financial reports, analyzing variances, conducting P&L and Balance Sheet reviews, and overseeing year-end closing processes. Furthermore, the role includes Finance Transformation tasks such as identifying opportunities for process improvement, supporting ERP migration, creating reports and analysis templates, as well as conducting ad hoc analyses and projects regionally. Lastly, the individual ensures compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate should have 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, with a preference for experience in a Big 4 firm or Regional Finance headquarters. A professional accounting qualification or equivalent is preferred, along with strong analytical skills and excellent Excel abilities (PowerBI exposure is advantageous).
