The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting and preparing the regional annual budget, monthly forecast and monthly reporting. In addition, you will assist in taking care of the AR management of the Hong Kong entity.

This position is part of the APAC Finance team and will be located in Singapore - Onsite (Raffles Place). At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Collaborate with the regional commercial team to understand key business metrics to drive the monthly forecast process.

Analyze monthly financial performance, and evaluate the data to explain gaps between planned and actual performance to the leadership team.

Support Senior Finance Manager in preparation of financial presentations for business reviews/management meetings.

Support annual budget process and ad hoc projects.

Processing, verifying and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.

Review and manage AR balance with the commercial team to resolve conflict and ensure collection per monthly collection forecast.

Prepare regular reports for receivables for further analysis purposes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with minimum 3 years of FP&A experience.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and any ERP system (SAP, for example).

Self-motivated team player, possessing good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
