Financial Analyst

Job Description
- Prepare financial due diligence report for M&A purposes.
- Prepare analysis in investment in properties.
- Prepare cash flow reporting for the Group.
- Assist in tax structuring, regulatory reporting.
- Assist on documentation for financing structure and other structuring activities.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent with professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA).
- Excellent advance excel and powerpoint skill is a must.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of accounting experience.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill.
- Accounting experience in the real estate industry would be an advantage.
- Able to work within tight timelines.
