• Support Bioprocessing Division SEATW Commercial Team in terms of finance planning and analytical work streams including:
• Monthly Forecast Monthly & Quarterly Business Review OPEX management and margin analysis
• Annual Operations Plan (Budgeting) and 5-Year Strategic Plan
• Run weekly performance tracking report
• Monitoring monthly closing process comparing to landing estimation, ensure revenue recognition and reporting is properly conducted, no risk in both PnL
• Business partnering with commercial team to optimize PnL and drive for higher organic growth
• Provide finance input in terms of resource optimization and organization efficiency
• Participate in sales commission plan design and pricing.
• Continuously looking for opportunities of process improvement
• Support commercial team in terms of ad hoc reports and analysis work with customer care to support supply and demand planning Keys to Success:

Education

• Degree required in Accounting or business or commerce

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of Working experience in MNC
• Good commercial sense and able to navigate through matrix organization
• Self-motivated and result driven
• Able to learn on the fly and being comfortable to do the trial and error.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Good analytical skills and highly proficient in excel
• Comfortable with communicating with senior management
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Willing to be hands on with analytical work
