Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will be based in Kallang, Singapore. Mainly responsible for P&L reporting, forecast preparation, Variance Analysis, and fixed asset.
What a typical day looks like:

• 
  Prepare detailed commentary for P&L variance analysis. Analysis will include prior forecast vs current forecast, Prior Qtr. vs Current Qtr., current year vs prior year, and Actual vs forecast.
• 
  Weekly P&L reporting to segment, regional and site management.
• 
  Analyze P&L actuals during month end close and review with management.
• 
  Monitor financial KOI and highlight to management if there are significant variance compared to forecast. Work with various department to establish action plan and monitor its progress.
• 
  Provide support for Lean / Kaizen Initiatives (savings validation) and lead/participate in Finance Lean / Kaizen project submissions on a quarterly basis.
• 
  Will be responsible for Fixed asset new addition, disposal and yearly PI of Fixed asset.
• 
  Assist operation team in preparing new Capital expenditure (Capex) application with financial justification.

The experience we're looking to add to the team:

• 
  Degree in Finance/Accounting field
• 
  At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• 
  Proficient in Excel
• 
  Good team player who is independent and self-motivated
• 
  Good communication and interpersonal skills
