Location:

Singapore



Providing financial business support and business partnering to the Regional Enterprise Business.



Deliver timely and accurate management reports on financial performance.



Partner with FP&A team members to conduct variance analysis for actual vs budget/forecast/Last Year, providing key insights to the management.



Support the monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budget exercise including preparation of management presentation slides.



Prepare and distribute monthly P&L reports and generate billed revenue reports to business stakeholders.



Lead and drive the annual sales target allocation process, translate budgets into sales target and act as the single point of contact and work closely with the business stakeholders to derive the targets.



Provide quarterly commission reports to relevant teams and serve as the primary point of contact for commission-related queries.



Prepare, review and enhance management reporting template to meet business needs.



Any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications



Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant working experience and at least 2 year of Financial Planning and Analysis experience preferred.



Meticulous and good analytical skills.



Good communication with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.



Able to handle ambiguity independently and deliver within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Has tenacity and strong problem-solving skills.



Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, MS Excel, Power BI.
