We have fantastic job opportunity available for Finance Analyst that will be based in West of Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist the Finance Manager in SOX compliance requirements (Gap Assessment, Testing, Documentation, Reporting). Complex accounting and analysis and various audits (Statutory, internal, etc).
• 
  Coordinate monthly closing activities and ensure all closing tasks and journals are completed by respective accounting sections.
• 
  Ensure timely & accurate reporting of subsidiary financials and actual financial data via HFM.
• 
  Coordinate & review supplementary data.
• 
  Provide balance sheet commentaries.
• 
  Analyze cost centers expenditure and liaise with respective Financial Analysts for any irregularities.
• 
  Monitor & review month-end accruals (payroll-related, unposted invoices, departments spending & etc).
• 
  Responsible for quarter-end and year-end reporting deliverables.
• 
  Ensure timely & accurate reporting of forecast for Balance Sheet via HFM.
• 
  Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and review reconciliations.
• 
  Maintain & control chart of accounts & cost centers master data in ERP & integration mapping.
• 
  Timely submission of government surveys/queries
• 
  Ad-hoc assignments as per assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting related fields.
• 
  Min 3 years relevant working experience in international accounting firm is preferable.
• 
  Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
