Job Description


The Financial Analyst (FA) is responsible for coordinating and managing all financial contracts including, signing, billing, forecasting, actual to forecast analysis, journal posting, provide financial advisory to Project Leaders and Country Finance Leader. The FA, will also work and consult with the Account teams in the planning and execution of the cost optimization. The position will focus in creating reports and analyze it to uncover inefficiencies to allow management and business leader to make important decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Gather and analyze financial data
  • Finance representative for all new contracts, signings, billing and account receivables
  • Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc to business leader
  • Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending
  • Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
  • Support audits on financial processes and transactions.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
  • Atleast 5 years relevant woring experience
  • Experience in preparing financial reports
  • Experience in managing stakeholders
  • Experience in performing analysis on actual vs forecast/budget
  • Good in excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A business acumen
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication aptitude
