Job Description
To provide business partnering, financial analysis, planning and forecasting support to the country management. He/She will assist in monitoring and tracking of results against Annual Operating Plan and report deviation to management so that corrective actions can be implemented timely to mitigate risk.
- Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting.
- Business Partnering and facilitate frequent review with Key stakeholders; consolidate, track & communicate the forecast result and adjustments to local management and region.
- Provide detailed variance explanations through bridge and analysis of monthly result against prior forecast, annual operating plan and prior year
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders (Sales & Service, Finance, DLC, HR etc)
- Provide financial analysis, results to Key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATION
- Degree holder with finance related qualification
- At least 2 years in similar capacity
- Willing to learn about business and bridge learning towards financial analysis support to business to drive business success
- Strong communication skills, especially active listening
- Team Player
