About the Financial Analyst role: The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting budget and KPI performance review, and detailed analytical support to senior management to improve business performance. The person in this position assists financial and operational analytics, budgeting and forecasting, trend analysis, business insights, qualitative assessment of risks and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare regular performance report with comparison against budget and forecast with variance analysis. Develop and maintain management reporting tools and forecasting models. Maintain financial database by assembling, synthesizing, and verifying data from various sources. Work closely and provide support to other Finance departments and functions, such as accounting team, during month end and external audits to ensure accuracy of reporting. Assist in annual budgeting process and performing budgetary control. Participate in process improvement and automation projects. Perform ad hoc analysis to support business growth initiatives. To participate in any ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Statistics, or IT discipline. 3 years of related working experience. Strong analytical skills and experience in forecast, budgeting and Finance operations. Skills & Knowledge - Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, BI software, VBA or Python. Knowledge of general finance & accounting process, ERP system, SAP is a plus. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying issues and in-depth analysis.
