The co This is an exciting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role covering Asia Pacific and EMEA - including ASEAN, India, Middle East, Africa, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan - based out of Singapore. The core aspects of the role include budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, analytics, building complex financial models and helping sales and product teams craft business cases. The individual will establish the critical link of deep-diving into data, including both financial and non-financial metrics, to identify trends, anomalies and new growth opportunities to help drive overall commercial results for the business. The role will go further into helping business make better decisions, pre-empt future trends and take corrective actions to ensure PayPal remains on track to meet its short- and long-term goals. Annual budgeting and rolling monthly financial planning, target setting, and reporting Efficient measurement and reporting of the financial and non-financial metrics of the business Convert business questions into analytical problems and implementable data analyses through creative hypothesis generation Updating key financial models and creating new financial models from scratch ' including but not limited to Customer Cohort models, pricing models, deal models, etc. Provide analytical support to help business and finance leaders to understand and address emerging trends - including insight into customer behavior, product/segment/sales/market/merchant performance, risk trends, pricing opportunities, regulatory impact, etc. Communicate complex concepts and financial modelling clearly and concisely to senior leadership Work with large volumes of data extracting and manipulating large datasets using standard tools such as SQL and SAS, as well as Oracle Hyperion/Essbase/EPM
