A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

• Financial management reporting and analysis of Group liquidity, CAPEX and compliance reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards
  

B. Key Responsibilities

• This role will be responsible to assist the Group Finance Manager in the financial management reporting and analysis of AEA International Holdings Limited Group in over 200 legal entities. The role will entail:
  

• Working closely with

\xc2\xa7 Regional Credit Control and Working Capital Team, Treasury and Group Financial Control Team to perform Working Capital Index tracking and Cash analysis \xc2\xa7 Group Financial Planning and Reporting Team for External Compliance Reporting

• Overseeing the execution of Working Capital, Cash, CAPEX, Depreciation and Amortisation monthly closing activities in consolidation system

• Assisting in Working Capital, Cash, CAPEX, Depreciation and Amortisation Management monthly reporting and analysis

• Reviewing and validating submissions from Business Lines and Regions to ensure accuracy, identify and analyse variance against budget and forecast

• Developing templates and preparing guidelines for the forecasting and yearly budgeting cycle for Working Capital, Cash and CAPEX to facilitate data submission and review

• Preparing monthly and ad-hoc management reports for Senior Management

• Preparing the External Board Reporting

• Assisting in ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

• Maintaining the Group consolidation tool which include changes in chart of accounts, update of reports and update users access rights
  

C. Job Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Good to have experience in COGNOS system skills and knowledge or other consolidation software

• Proficient in Microsoft office skills (excel, power point, etc)

Required Work Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant in commercial and audit environment with analysis experience is a plus

• Previous MNC work experience environment preferred
  

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
