Our client, an SGX listed company within the real estate sector, is looking to hire a Financial Analyst with 2 years\' experience to join their dynamic team. There is good career progression and personal career development for this interesting opportunity.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you are tasked to prepare and review financial statements/reports, conduct analysis, and prepare budget and forecast. You will also monitor cash flow, handle cash management, liaise with auditors, prepare statutory filings and ensure compliance in reporting function.

Your Profile

You should have a degree in Accountancy or its equivalent and bring along with you 1-2 years\' experience in the relevant capacity. You are detailed oriented, have good time management skills, and are able to work independently in a tight deadline environment.
