Goals
To assist with all aspects of monthly, quarterly and annual finance reports / analysing in client / IFM Singapore
Responsible for successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services and support; ensuring client meet its financial commitment goals.
Manage the day to day financial and accounting operations, and support site lead for client / accounts\xe2\x80\x99 billing and invoicing.
Provide financial advice and support to client / account.



Act as primary liaison with the Account Manager / Site Lead / client
Support client / accounts\xe2\x80\x99 billing and invoicing
Support Client/Accounts Accruals / Reclass
Support Client/Accounts Capitalization & Depreciation, CAR / Shopping Carts / FSR / PO Creation, Support Client/Accounts Regional Facilities Space & Cost Allocation & Project Finance Regionally
Monthly expense and debtors\xe2\x80\x99 management
Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast and quarterly Facilities Cost Allocation to the different business units
Oversee the procedures and support of clients\xe2\x80\x99 accounts
Manage financial requests, review and provide standard and ad-hoc reporting and performance analytics
Participate in business planning, quarterly updates including developing baseline by executing statistical trend analysis and review balance sheet forecast.
Review and consolidate account savings targets and quarterly update including management review deck generation.
Manage monthly, quarterly client reporting requirements
Annual budget is prepared as per client requirements
Client forecasts is prepared on monthly
Track monthly spend (Budget vs Actuals) and variance analyses are prepared & shared with team
JLL monthly accruals are prepared & submitted to Country finance team
Prepare finance report for monthly operations review
Support Finance lead in preparing JLL Plan
Client invoice/billing - ensure monthly revenue invoices are prepared & submitted to client
Tracking and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring timely cashflow
Work with Regional Finance Lead to maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the client finance process
Provide finance related knowledge sharing / training to new hire Ops team
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
