Position SummaryThis role is responsible for assisting the Financial Planning and Analysis function in analyzing Teleflex business in SEA+ region (South East Asia, Pakistan, Hong Kong and Taiwan). This includes regular weekly/monthly reports, periodic Forecasts, Strategic Plan, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).The position is based in Teleflex Singapore office and will have experience of over five years of a multi-location financial structure.Principal ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:Responsible for timely, accurate management reporting that includes weekly sales estimates, monthly P&L and financial trend reports to APACPrepare and provide analytical support on key monthly financial deliverables like New Products, OPEX etc.Monitor Opex spending and distribute Opex reports to cost center owners; provide guidance to owners to ensure actual spending are kept within Forecasts and AOPUpdate Trade Sales and COGS by Business Unit/Product Segment for direct entitiesUpdate Intercompany Sales and COGS by Business Unit/Product Segment to send to regional counterpartsAssist in the development and loading of Forecasts, Strategic Plan, and AOPImprove current practices by driving better accuracy and streamlining of processesSupport go-direct initiatives & tracking performanceAssist in the delivery of reviews/presentations decks as and when required by the businessOther Ad Hoc projects as assignedEducation / Experience RequirementsProfessional degree in Accounting and Finance5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar position with an International multi-location GroupAbility to be independent and strive in a fast-paced, results oriented environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to participate with others in projects and innovationAbility to think analytically, communicate effectively and present reports & ideas succinctly.Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power Point, Hyperion, BI tools. Experience in SAP or macros would be an added advantageSpecialized Skills / Other RequirementsFlexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines covering a broad range of responsibilities.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and high degree of initiative and self motivationAbility to work under pressure analytically and systematicallyKeen to learn, independent, and proactive in collaboration with different functional teamsProficient in using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power Point, Hyperion, BI tools.
