Job Description

This position will be under the Corporate Treasury team with involvement in liquidity management, cash flow forecast, debt financing and capital structuring. Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Cash Flow Planning & Liquidity Management

• Responsible for cash flow modelling for liquidity management and cashflow forecast
• Support the implementation of debt financing and capital flow plan
• Manage FX, Interest rate risk

Treasury Operations

• Maintain and manage loan portfolios including loan disbursements, allocation, post-loan management and reporting
• Manage treasury trackers including Bank Guarantees, loan schedules, FX and interest rate exposure tracking
• Review and recommend ways to optimise the operating system and process flow
• Participate in system transformation

Relationship Management

• Maintain relationship with banks and manage bank-related matters such as bank accounts, credit facilities, bank mandates, new loan applications, etc.
• Understand Company\xe2\x80\x99s organisational structure and liaise with various internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Project Management, Finance and Accounting, Asset Management teams, IT, etc.

Corporate Reporting & Governance

• Responsible for preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports such as shareholder reporting, presentation to the board for submission to shareholders and lenders
• Tracking and analysing actual results against approved budget
• Ensure compliance with group policies and standard operating procedures such as Treasury Policy, Hedging Policy, Counterparty Credit Risk monitoring, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent or other professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA
• Up to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Treasury operations or Banking operations function preferred
• Financial modelling skill will be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
• Team player, meticulous and responsible in closing the task as assigned
• Proactive, resourceful and analytical
• Competent in engaging and managing internal and external counterparties
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team

Location

• Job location for the above position is in Singapore and may require travel to various Cleantech Solar sites and locations across Southeast Asia and India
