Location - Changi Business Park, Singapore

Job Title: APAC-SG-Financial Analyst (SGD)

Job Background: Controllers team needs support for daily preparation of reports while we are in the process of automation and streamlining of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• MAS610 Monthly, Quarterly & Annual returns, including passing of appropriate adjustments and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period, and perform analysis of financial results and conclude cause of variances such as accounting issues and economic events.
• Daily Monitoring capital adequacy ratios, qualifying liabilities, asset maintenance ratios & intragroup and intercompany ratios and fortnightly submissions where applicable.
• Assist in Annual Investment Abroad Survey submission

Required:

• Accounting knowledge
• MS Excel (basic functions like Sumif, Pivots and vlookup)
• MS Access (Running of databases)
• Should have basic understanding of Accounting & finance.
• Should be able to handle tasks independently
• Should be proactive to escalate issues on a timely manner
• Accounting and Finance qualifications

Desirable:

• Data Analytics inclinations
• Banking knowledge
• Should be keen to explore automation opportunities.
• Should be proactive to plan the upcoming work for peak periods
• Should be able to step up to cover the tasks by colleagues in emergencies.

Contract Duration is for - (Sub to renewal on performance and CITI banks policy at the time of Renewal)
