Financial Analyst - Maternity Cover (5 Months)
About the Role
Join our team at Woodlands Health to provide maternity coverage for our financial planning and analysis functions. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to healthcare operations through data-driven insights and strategic financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct costing analysis for hospital services and operations
• Perform feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario planning for new and existing projects or strategic initiatives
• Support annual revenue forecasting and budget projection cycles
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and innovative presentation methods
• Collaborate with teams to understand system relationships, structures, and end-to-end operational workflows
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with minimum 2-3 years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting and data analysis
• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear reports and presentations
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to existing processes
