This Program is a 12-months graduate program, where talents are invited to discover whether they have what it takes to develop a life-long career in finance and the life science sector, with the market leader in serving science. Successful applicants are carefully selected, consciously mapped, and assigned to various Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or other suitable roles over the 12-month fixed term hire period, doing real and impactful business and finance work, contributing significantly to the success of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Qualifications/Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• Strong finance analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel® skills
• Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing projects/tasks
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Data Analytics for various financial analysis to support the commercial growth
• Develop / support in developing financial models and reporting tools to generate effective reports
• Drive standard finance management process and keep on looking for opportunities of improvement
• Support FP&A manager in developing and improving the planning and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with division team, build regional business intelligence capability
• Support annual planning process at regional level, consolidate forecast submitted by countries, and prepare preliminary analysis for executive review.
• Participate in ad hoc projects aimed at supporting organic growth and EBITA expansion .
