Financial Controller (GAMING//TECH)

We are seeking an experienced

Financial Controller to oversee the financial management, and reporting functions of the company. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights, ensure robust financial controls, and lead reporting, forecasting, and compliance processes to support business decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of monthly closing and reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Manage monthly forecasting and variance analysis. Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury functions. Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements. Establish and maintain internal control systems and risk management procedures. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed. Partner with senior management to support strategic planning, business performance analysis and reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 6 years of progressive finance and accounting experience. Effective English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
