Financial Controller, Real Estate
Job Description
Our client is an well-knowned and established asset management compay with a diversified portfolio of Real Estate across several key global markets.
They are currently recruiting a Fund Controller to be part of their dynamic team.
Agile, Nimble and Independent, you will oversee the preparation of group consolidation, financial & management reporting, regulatory submissions.
Leading a team, you will support the fund Management and Investment platforms to support their operations.
Adept at stakeholder\'s management, you will prepare budgets and target Forecasts apart from tracking management performance against forecast.
Strategic and hands-on, you will maintain, implement and review financial policies and procedures to ensure proper alignment and compliance.
You will also manage both internal and external audit processes. It will be ideal if you are familiar with group reporting in listed organisation and system implementations.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent
- More than 10 years of relevant experience with operational experience in fund management industry
- Good knowledge of corporate governing operating policies, controls and processes
- Experience in leading a finance team, possess strong analytical skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast pace work environment
