Job Description

:Responsible to aligning financial strategy with business objectives, oversee and manage the financial and accounting operations, including but not limited to management accounts, budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting for the Company. This position is also responsible to support other functions, ie Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to make a commercial decision or pricing analysis.Financial Budgeting

• Responsible to lead the budgeting process and monitor the prepared budget.
• Monitor and drive the decision to align with the approved budget.
• Prepare variance analysis to the budget and propose action to mitigate the risk.
• Coordinate with respective department on budget schedule and timeline

Financial Forecasting

• Responsible to consolidate monthly forecasting and monitor the progress achievement to the forecast number.
• Lead the process to drive financial report to align with budget number.
• Provide feedback to the company when the actual is varied to the forecasted number.
• Propose mitigating action to align with the forecasted number
• Provide variance analysis to align with forecasting number hence guide the decision making and strategic planning.

Financial Reporting

• In charge for the cash flow management and cost controlling.
• Publish timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Analyze monthly financial data to provide insights on overall business performance.
• Provide analytical on variance to budget and forecast.
• Conduct presentation to the management and CEO on financial related updates.

Commercial Decision

• Guiding capital expenditures and investments.
• Conduct financial analysis and other related function to make commercial decision that is beneficial to the company.
• Review financial policies and conduct regular assessments of financial procedure.

Tax, Audit and Compliance

• Support internal and external audit, statutory reporting and tax.
• Develop financial and tax strategies.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filing.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for external auditors, managing preparations and support during all financial audits.
• Manage relationship with Stakeholders.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting, ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role within both manufacturing industry and supply chain, or at least 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role within a corporate setting. Experiences in food manufacturing industry is a plus.
