Key Responsibilities * Financial Management & Reporting

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across ASEAN entities.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, IFRS/GAAP, and internal control standards.

• Governance & Compliance

• Act as Compliance Delegate, Company Director, Company Secretary, and Public Officer.
• Oversee statutory filings, board governance, and corporate compliance with local regulations.

• Strategic & Operational Support

• Provide financial and strategic advice to the Board and regional leadership.
• Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis to achieve divisional targets.

• Audit & Risk Control

• Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and risk-management processes.
• Safeguard company assets through effective financial and compliance practices.

• Process Improvement & Transformation

• Drive finance transformation and system migration initiatives.
• Standardize and streamline financial processes across ASEAN.

• Stakeholder Business Partnering

• Lead the country finance agenda across accounting, compliance, and FP&A.
• Act as the key finance business partner to country leadership, providing financial insights and strategic support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance or controlling, with regional exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax compliance, and regional regulatory frameworks.

• Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
