Ensure compliance with tax laws, IFRS/GAAP, and internal control standards.
Governance & Compliance
Act as Compliance Delegate, Company Director, Company Secretary, and Public Officer.
Oversee statutory filings, board governance, and corporate compliance with local regulations.
Strategic & Operational Support
Provide financial and strategic advice to the Board and regional leadership.
Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis to achieve divisional targets.
Audit & Risk Control
Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and risk-management processes.
Safeguard company assets through effective financial and compliance practices.
Process Improvement & Transformation
Drive finance transformation and system migration initiatives.
Standardize and streamline financial processes across ASEAN.
Stakeholder Business Partnering
Lead the country finance agenda across accounting, compliance, and FP&A.
Act as the key finance business partner to country leadership, providing financial insights and strategic support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance or controlling, with regional exposure.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax compliance, and regional regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
