Mgmt staff responsible for overeeing all financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and disclosures in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Familiar with WIP accounting and costing.
Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and manage financial risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain effective internal controls..
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field;
Professional Certification (optional): Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is highly desirable.
Experience: Proven experience in finance roles, with a track record of success in financial management & reporting.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
