Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across all Retail and Wholesale
operations in our operating countries.


Monitor financial performance and KPIs across retail stores, wholesale accounts, and online
channels throughout the region.


Support Regional expansion, business model optimization, and pricing strategies. Provide detailed sales, margin, and profitability analysis by channel, product, and customer
segment.


Analyze performance trends across stores, e-commerce, and wholesale clients to support
data-driven decisions.


Drive improvements in stock control and cost of goods sold (COGS) tracking Improve financial processes across POS, ERP, and accounting platforms to ensure real-time
visibility and efficiency.


Advise leadership on pricing, promotions, supplier negotiations, and store performance. Support scenario modelling for new store openings, channel expansion, and product line
introductions.


Monitor currency risks, supplier dependencies, and other financial risks in the supply chain. Partner with department heads (e.g., Sales, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and HR) to
align financial goals with business objectives.
