The FP&A Assistant Manager will be responsible for:
Consolidate and timely submission of monthly reporting packages to Region Asia
Analyze & forecast activities related to Aftermarket Sales, OPEX, Accounts Receivables and Inventory
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities
Consolidate and timely submission of monthly reporting packages to Region Asia
Track and monitor actual KPIs and financial performance against budget/forecast
Perform variance analysis on Operating Expenses (SG&A, Variances, etc.)
Monitor and track Balance Sheet items (AR, inventory and other provisions)
Consolidation of SEA inventory report for intercompany profit elimination.
Support in major forecasting cycles on Aftermarket Sales, SG&A and Cashflow (AR, Inventory and Provisions)
Key Skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
A proactive and results-driven approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Familiarity with SAP

Required knowledge & experience
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Experience & skills required
at least 1-3 years audit experience
commercial experience especially in FP&A will be an added advantage
team player, cross functional calibration
good interpersonal skills
adaptable, flexible, ability to multi-task
